Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: East Hertfordshire, Hertford
Rate: £13.20- £14.20
Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 45 hrs Mon‑Fri, with travel time paid. Regular additional summer hours. Hours can vary from day to day depending on the location of site.
Role: A professional grounds maintenance operative / gardener working within a mobile team of two operatives, delivering high‑quality maintenance including grass cutting, hedge/shrub trimming, pruning and weed removal/treatment.
Qualifications: Staff must hold PA1/PA6 spraying licences and be willing to obtain additional training and development (annual reviews, PA1/PA6 spraying licences).
