Grounds Maintenance Operative
Shift times: 07:30‑16:00 Monday‑Friday
Pay rate: £14.85 per hour
Location: Camden, N1C 4PD
Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to deliver a high‑quality grounds maintenance service for a range of clients throughout the local area. Activities will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and other related tasks. Ensure a safe working environment at all times and carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
Training: on‑the‑job training and standard induction for best practice.
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- Willingness to learn and open to training.
- Safety‑conscious mindset.
- Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmers, backpack blowers, push mowers).
