The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader based in Leighton Buzzard. This is a full time ongoing temporary position working 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The pay rate is £15.12 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
This is a mobile role working across commercial sites including retail parks, schools, colleges, business parks, and public open spaces.
You will lead a two-person team consisting of a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and Grounds Maintenance Operative, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced grounds maintenance professional looking to take responsibility for a small team and represent a leading landscaping contractor.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
