Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Environment Operative to support the maintenance and upkeep of parks, open spaces, sports facilities and other sites across the area.
Location: Ferryhill
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.71
Type: On-going temporary role
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining community spaces, and can work flexibly, in line with seasonal demands.
Key Responsibilities
- General horticultural and grounds maintenance work, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and pruning
- Maintenance of parks, open spaces and nursery areas
- Cleaning and upkeep of facilities such as changing tooms, public toilets etc.
