About the role
- Maintain all open spaces under the direction of the Team Leader, including grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, gritting, leaf clearance, litter picking and general grounds upkeep.
- Carry out all Grounds Team duties in line with the agreed work schedule, ensuring all areas are left clean and tidy on completion.
- Respond to customer and internal requests for grounds maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work safely at all times, complying with relevant Health & Safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Operate vehicles, machinery and equipment safely and responsibly.
