Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of 1291 Group is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the global financial strategy, performance, and integrity of the organization. The CFO ensures financial strength, supports strategic growth initiatives (including M&A), scaling operations and maintains robust governance and compliance across all jurisdictions in which 1291 Group operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global financial strategy aligned with the Group’s long-term vision.
- Lead the introduction of group wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis & tracking across all entities.
- Drive M&A activities including due diligence, structuring, financing, and integration.
