About the Role
Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained on a confidential search for a newly created Chief Human Resources Officer role with a private equity backed global organisation formed through the combination of three businesses, one large platform in Asia and two complementary businesses in the United States and Europe. This newly integrated group, with approximately 13,000 employees globally, is entering a transformative phase focused on integration, scale building, and value creation. With a clear ambition to prepare for an IPO in 2029 and a long‑term target valuation of approximately USD 15 billion, the organisation is seeking a CHRO who can help shape the people strategy for a truly global, multi‑regional enterprise.
Reporting and Leadership
