THE ROLE
The Group Director, Data Analytics, will serve as the leader of DEPT®'s Analytics practice in Argentina, establishing and growing a high-performing LATAM team that delivers world‑class analytical work in close partnership with our U.S. organization. This role demands a rare combination of strategic vision, technical depth, and people leadership — someone who can build from the ground up, set the standard for quality and culture, and act as the senior Analytics presence in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in data and digital marketing analytics who thrives in ambiguous, high‑growth environments.
