Group Exercise Instructor
Location: The Beacon Sports Centre, Beaconsfield, HP9 1RJ
Hourly Rate: £25 to £35 per hour
Schedule: Casual, 6 hours per week Monday to Sunday
What you'll do as a Group Exercise Instructor
- Deliver engaging and safe group exercise classes and fitness sessions including HIIT, circuits, power pump, step, and body conditioning.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing coaching, advice and motivation
- Carry out fitness assessments, programmes and goal setting in line with site processes
- Promote healthy lifestyles and actively support community engagement activities
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness and high standards across the facility
- Support retention and sales activities, including promoting fitness services and digital tools
