- SPIRIT – fusion of yoga and Pilates, music‑coordinated
- CYCLONE – performance‑focused indoor cycling
- RHYTHM – music‑fuelled cycling experience
- IGN1TE – a choreographed, cardio‑based workout
- BATTLEBOX – full‑body outdoor functional fitness
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes for a diverse range of fitness levels.
- Adapt instruction to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.
- Support and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive, customer‑focused environment during sessions.
