What You’ll Be Responsible For
As the Group Financial Executive, you will operate at the heart of the organisation’s financial ecosystem:
- Take full ownership of Group financial reporting, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger, management accounts, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
- Drive IFRS compliance, acting as the Group’s technical accounting expert and advisor
- Lead and enhance the monthly reporting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Partner closely with divisional and subsidiary finance teams to ensure alignment and reporting excellence
- Oversee Board, Audit Committee, and Sub-Committee reporting packs, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions
- Play a key role in SENS announcements, investor engagement, and analyst queries
- Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, managing interim and year-end audit processes
