Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented, experienced Group Accountant/Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing group-level financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business entities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Finance, Audit & Compliance Manage daily finance operations and month-end closing processes for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, statutory filing, GST, corporate tax, and audit requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial firms, and government authorities.
Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses for annual audits.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Provide financial and management reports for the CEO and leadership team to support business decision-making.
