Duties & Responsibilities 1. Group Financial Reporting and Consolidation: Prepare consolidated monthly financial management reports and assist with preparing financial data for annual financial statements for the group. Review and validate financial submissions (VAT, Income Tax, EMP) from individual entities to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform consolidation adjustments, including elimination of intercompany balances and transactions. Oversee intercompany transactions and ensuring monthly that the intercompany balances agree, investigate and clear all differences. Assist Financial Manager in daily cash flow for the group, using intercompany loans to ensure sufficient cash flow for each entity.
