Job Description
The Group Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial governance, and delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. This role provides strategic insights, strengthens internal controls, supports business performance and drives continuous improvement across finance processes. The Financial Controller also plays a key role in supporting transformation initiatives, managing the finance team and supporting organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax submissions and regulatory requirements.
