Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the full accounting and financial function for three related entities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Financial analysis and performance reporting
- Oversight of debtors, creditors, inventory-related financial controls, and general ledger functions
- Preparation of annual financial statements and audit support
- Tax compliance, statutory submissions, and regulatory reporting
- Financial controls, process improvement, and risk management
- Liaison with external auditors, advisors, bankers, and other stakeholders
- Supporting management with strategic and operational financial decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, reporting processes, and financial performance across the group
