Overview
Blackfinch Group is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and hands-on Group Head of Digital Product to lead the evolution of our product strategy across the Group’s current and future propositions.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and delivering the Group’s digital product vision across multiple businesses, platforms, and customer propositions.
Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will combine strategic product leadership with a strong execution mindset. You will build and lead a high-performing product function while remaining deeply involved in discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and stakeholder engagement to create immediate and measurable value.
You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure Blackfinch continues to develop market-leading products and experiences that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
