Our client is a major healthcare provider based in Ho
Chi Minh City, Vietnam. They are seeking an empathetic and
resilient Group HR Director with a strong background in
hospital/clinical environments to lead and unify human resources
strategy across their group of subsidiaries. In this role, you will
work closely with executive leadership to shape people strategy,
strengthen organizational culture, and ensure HR practices support
clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
Please note - only candidates with solid experience in
hospital/clinical environments will be considered. Previous
group-level experience is also REQUIRED. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead
