Job Description
We're looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our Modern Information Programme in Christchurch. You will ensure effective planning, reporting and delivery across the team.
This is a fixed term role starting ASAP until December 2027.

By working closely with the Programme and Project Managers, delivery teams, stakeholders and vendors, you will enable successful outcomes through strong organisation, clear communication and consistent application of project management processes.
- Coordinate programme and project activities, including schedules, actions, milestones and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, registers, reports and meeting materials.
- Support governance processes by organising meetings, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
