Educational Requirement:
- College Graduate
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in leading small or mid-sized teams in a BPO/call center/shared services environment
- Knowledge of complaints management in medical device industry
- Good oral and written communications in English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
Job Description:
- Safety & Compliance: Take charge of evaluating medical device incidents to guarantee timely MDR regulatory submissions and strict compliance.
- Case Management: Manage the full lifecycle of complaints, from initial report reception through to successful case resolution.
