Job Overview
The role of the Value Add Group Lead is responsible for managing daily activities with in the Value-Add / Production department. The Group Lead is responsible for providing the most efficient utilization of warehouse employees, equipment, and resources necessary to achieve the highest potential productivity possible and to provide the greatest level of service and quality to our customers. A Group Lead must clearly communicate daily goals through Tier I meetings and drive good safety behaviors, 6S cleanliness, and expectations by engaging with the overall workforce.
