Overview
The Civil Engineering Group Leader will be responsible for establishing, building, and growing a civil engineering team that performs design to support company projects and provides quality assurance on designs from external companies. The leader will also support procurement and construction during project execution, develop work procedures in accordance with ISO 9000, and grow business opportunities from existing and potential clients, managing the unit as a profit centre with full accountability for success and growth.
The group leader will quantify requirements and establish term contracts with key clients.
