Job Description

วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง Group leader : เพื่อควบคุม ดูแล พนักงานภายใต้บังคับบัญชา ในพื้นที่ของตน ให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายบริษัท และอยู่ภายใต้กฏระเบียบบริษัท


ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบหลัก : 

  • ผลักดัน KPI ในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของตนเองและสนับสนุน KPI ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าชิ้นงาน และโครงการต่าง ๆ สามารถส่งมอบได้ทันตามเวลาด้วยคุณภาพมาตรฐานและต้นทุนที่ต่ำ

    • Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.

  • ดำเนินการผลิตที่สอดคล้องตามวิธีการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานที่ถูกกำหนดไว้ในระบบของแพนดอร่าเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของฝ่ายและองค์กร

    • Execution as plan by follow of procedure and WI that register in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/department.
