Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the group management accounting function across multiple entities
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Providing commercial insights and financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Managing costing, margin analysis, and financial performance reporting
- Leading and mentoring the finance team while driving accountability and performance
- Supporting month-end and year-end reporting requirements
- Assisting with process improvements and strengthening financial controls
- Partnering closely with operational leadership and stakeholders across the business
Job Experience and Skills Required
- BCom Accounting / Finance
- CIMA (studying/completed)
