The Group Operations Manager is a hands-on, enabling role responsible for supporting operational improvement initiatives and performance excellence across Spindex's regional manufacturing network. Based in Singapore, this role requires effective collaboration with site leadership teams, operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality to identify improvement opportunities, support execution, and embed disciplined operating practices. This is a group-level enabler role, not an oversight function. Key Responsibilities Partner with site leadership and functional teams to identify, prioritise, and deliver operational improvement initiatives. Conduct operational and value-chain analysis, including process flow mapping, capacity, and throughput assessment, to identify performance drivers, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
