The Opportunity
The Group Portfolio Lead manages a regional group business portfolio within Specialty Personal Insurance, focuses on the group strategy, and contributes to Aviva’s priority to deliver growth at scale and achieve top-quartile profitability.
What you'll do:
- Support the rate adequacy evaluation and manage profitable growth performance of all groups
- Grow the number of clients in force by signing up and onboarding new groups; develop go-to-market tactics and strategies to penetrate existing groups
- Understand and report on regional results to keep PI partners informed on business objectives
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders including distribution partners, Actuarial and Underwriting
