You take a leading role from a packaging point of view in different projects for a wide range of products. Your goal is to translate packaging related questions and projects into the most efficient solution, keeping all variables (shelf life, supplier capabilities, runability in factory, retailer, cost) in mind. To name a few examples; introduction of new products and packaging formats, implementation of new materials, sustainability, changes to existing packaging concepts, cooperating with packaging suppliers, etc...You are the (technical) contact person for both internal (marketing/procurement/engineering/production) and external (suppliers) stakeholders. You also take part in departmental knowledge domains such as packaging specifications, governmental packaging regulation, documentation and providing an all-round advising role for all packaging related topics within other departments.With an eye on the future, we ...
