Job Description
Job Summary:
The Group Senior Category Manager is responsible for managing multiple categories, developing strategies and driving category plans and programs across the O+O platforms to ensure relevancy and improve market share, thereby achieving category brands sales, margin, and other income.
This role focuses on:
- 100% Delivery of total group category sales and achievements of all required agreements (TTA, promotions, etc.) according to agreed timelines
- Budget achievement for stocks weeks cover and slow-moving stocks through weekly coordination with supply chain on product assortment and decisions on SMS
- Conceptualizing & selling O+O category building programs to all category supplier and ensuring seamless implementation resulting in sales & OI target achievement
