Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as the Senior Support Staff Specialist at the group level organization. The Group Senior Support Staff Specialist advises, carries out, and monitors the commander/director's and organizational policies, programs, and standards applicable to the assigned force. Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of the tasks set forth herein.
