LOCATION: Aberdeen.
HOURS: 37.5 (+ weekend rota)
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Group Technical Manager has the ultimate responsibility and accountability for the safe, efficient and cost-effective performance of all ships assigned, owned and operated by North Star. They advise and update the Chief Technology Officer on the ship's operations and monitor the budget and expenditure of the ship closely. They also manage the ship's maintenance to ensure its seaworthiness and continued compliance to regulatory requirements.
Responsible for North Star Rescue Services the allocation of resource and the availability of inventory. (Inventory in conjunction with the Supply Chain Manager)
