Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
A degree in Agriculture or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience having called on Growers or related markets within the Agricultural industry in Zimbabwe is essential for the role.
Previous experience having worked within the horticulture and related markets is preferred.
The successful candidate should have a strong network of customers within the Zimbabwean agricultural sector that they have worked with.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally as well as the ability to build long-term relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Strengthening grower engagement, improving visibility across production cycles, and supporting the sustainable expansion of our grower base in fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries within the Zimbabwean region.
