Growth & Customer Experience Coordinator
Digital marketing + AI tools + customer relationships — Henderson, West Auckland
We manufacture and distribute acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, and related products. Our work includes CNC cutting, laser cutting, and custom fabrication for trade customers, fabricators, and retailers across New Zealand.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing our websites (cambrianplastics.co.nz plus two additional properties) – content, SEO, and upkeep.
- Running Google Ads and our Trade Me store.
- Managing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) – posting, engaging, building audience.
- Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) daily for content creation, research, and opportunity identification.
- Serving as the first voice for customers via phone, email, and walk‑in – ensuring excellent experience.
- Reporting on performance and adjusting strategy accordingly.
