Job Description

About the Role

This is the senior commercial role in the business. You'll own Mission's growth strategy and the numbers behind it - acquisition, conversion, retention, contribution margin - and you'll work as a genuine partner to the founder on where the business goes next.

There is no team to delegate to yet. You'll set the strategy and run the Meta account. You'll define the testing roadmap and build the landing pages. As we scale, you'll hire the growth team and lead it.

We're open to starting this on a fractional basis for the right person, with a view to going full time as the business grows.
