We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes ideas, angles, and audiences — someone who can turn insights into powerful ad concepts that scale brands.
What You’ll Do
- Research, research, research. Deep-dive into our avatars (who we’re targeting), angles (what we’re saying), and ad types (how we’re saying it).
- Create winning ad concepts — develop briefs that guide our designers and video editors to produce scroll-stopping creative for Meta and YouTube.
- Work with our creative team (graphic designers + video editors) to bring your ideas to life with clarity, emotion, and precision.
- Collaborate with our CRO team to ensure message congruency across ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Analyze performance data to learn which angles, hooks, and visuals drive results — and double down on what works.
