Growth & Incentives Expert, Betting
Are you a sportsbook specialist who thrives at the intersection of commercial performance, product, and player experience? We're looking for a Growth & Incentives Expert to own Veikkaus' betting incentives, promotional offering, and commercial content across our Sportsbook.
In this role, you'll design, execute, and optimise incentives and offers that are competitive, compliant, and commercially effective across all channels. You'll also be our go-to expert for complex betting cases – from bet settlement to promotions and customer disputes.
What you'll be doing:
- Set up and run sportsbook incentives and offerings in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales, ensuring effective delivery aligned with commercial objectives
- Develop and execute Price Boost, Specials, and PR offerings for fixed‑odds betting, working hand‑in‑hand with Trading and Marketing & Sales
