Role Overview
As Growth Lead you will take end-to-end ownership of 2‑3 of our most strategic vendor partners. You will be accountable for driving commercial growth, strengthening vendor partnerships and delivering operational excellence. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands‑on execution to ensure vendors outperform on revenue margin, assortment visibility and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Partner Growth: Own vendor revenue margin and growth plans ensuring commercial targets are exceeded.
- Lead Assortment & Launches: Expand product ranges, secure exclusives and orchestrate new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure Supply Health: Safeguard availability, optimise fulfilment and proactively manage ageing and at‑risk inventory.
