Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on UA Manager who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels
- Launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions
- Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements
- Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently
- Explore and validate new channels as we grow

- 2-5 years in user acquisition or performence marketing
