Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive user and trading growth for Aster. This role focuses on growth strategy, referral/affiliate expansion, and data‑driven experiments, working closely with product, BD, and marketing teams to scale user acquisition and trading activity. The ideal candidate is highly execution‑oriented and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving crypto environment.
Key Responsibilities- Growth Strategy & User Expansion
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volume
- Identify scalable growth channels including referrals, affiliates, partners, and trading communities
