- Capital Structuring: Hands‑on experience in structuring complex transactions, including M&A, capital raising (Equity and Debt), and the deployment of tokenized financial instruments.
Advanced Trading & Financial Engineering
- Quantitative Mastery: Strong expertise in advanced financial modeling, asset valuation, and risk management, including volatility analysis and portfolio stress‑testing.
- Trading Execution: Direct experience in active trading across Equities, Bonds, and Crypto Derivatives, with a deep understanding of advanced options strategies.
