Hitcheed is looking to hire Growth Marketing Manager/Specialist to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the team in managing and executing full-funnel digital initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, social media, CRM, and campaign strategy
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads and XiaoHongShu.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to drive growth and engage new channels
- Manage ad budgets and improve ROI and CPA through audience targeting, A/B testing, creative optimization and drive lower CAC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop and iteratively test new ad solutions with agility and speed
- Grow organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and XiaoHongShu
