About the role
The Feed Media is a Facebook marketing agency specializing in paid growth - we work with clients like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Shetty, The Points Guy, and 35+ other leading personal brand and info product companies. We're a 25-person team, doubled over the last year, and will double again in 2026.
Note: You are NOT required to be in New York for this role, we welcome applicants from anyone in PST / CST / EST time zones.

Creative Strategy (33%)
- Research audience segments, pain points, dream outcomes, and objections through Reddit, reviews, competitor analysis, and social listening
- Develop detailed persona profiles and identify strategic angles that will resonate with target audiences
