Role Overview
We are hiring a technically‑minded Growth Marketer to drive adoption and revenue for two of our most important new bets at Blue Cube Services: our perpetual futures product and our prediction markets product.
The right person combines a sharp growth mindset with hands‑on performance marketing chops and genuine fluency in data – comfortable defining the funnel, running the campaigns, reading the results, and making the next call themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth roadmap for perpetual futures and prediction markets, identifying the highest‑leverage opportunities to grow active users, volume, and revenue
- Define the funnel for each product – acquisition, activation, first trade, repeat trade, retention – and instrument it end‑to‑end
- Build and continuously refine growth hypotheses, experiments, and playbooks specific to each product's mechanics and audience
