Growth Marketing Lead – Performance at Garage, New York City
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance to own paid acquisition and drive broader growth in the business. As a member of a lean and hands‑on team, you'll manage our entire paid portfolio across paid social, search, and emerging channels, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to continue building and scaling Garage’s growth machine.
Key Responsibilities- Own Garage’s paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels, with accountability for pipeline, revenue growth, and efficiency.
- Scale acquisition efficiently by balancing growth, CAC, and overall marketplace health; understand what changes at scale and make disciplined decisions around where to invest.
