What You’ll Do
Paid Media Execution & Optimization
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be a hands-on, execution-first operator and a true right-hand partner to the Director of Growth Marketing.
This role is for someone who:
- Loves being in the platforms
- Is highly analytical and data-oriented
- Is excited to help scale budgets, creative testing, and reporting across growth channels
- Thinks about paid media in the context of the entire business, not just one dashboard
You’ll be deeply involved in paid search, paid social, video, and creator-led advertising, with room to grow across channels and responsibility as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media Execution & Optimization
- Support - build, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Paid Search (Google) and YouTube
- Programmatic & CTV (where applicable)
- Meta, TikTok
- & More
