We're looking for a Growth Strategist who lives inside ad accounts, understands performance metrics beyond vanity numbers, and enjoys optimizing campaigns until every rupee works harder.
You'll own campaign execution across multiple clients, work closely with creative and strategy teams, and help turn performance insights into measurable business outcomes.
- You genuinely enjoy performance marketing and campaign optimization.
- You know your ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and attribution models inside out.
- You have hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads independently.
- You can identify why a campaign is underperforming and know what to test next.
- You understand that great creative and great media buying work hand-in-hand.
- You enjoy analysing data and turning insights into action.
- You move fast, stay organised, and take ownership of your accounts.
