- Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and side stations.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
