Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).
- Awareness of child development theory and practice.
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor age appropriate activities.
- Knowledge of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of preschool children.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with preschool age children, parents, and other staff.
