Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring financial accounting activities at the location are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, local statutory requirements, and Eaton Corporate policies and practice.
The major role of the GTM Analyst is to manage temporary inventory to fulfill all Mexican Customs regulations for the site, maintain and update compliance regulatory requirements and procedures, monitor obligations to maintain certifications such as OEA, IVA, and IEPS, and report metrics or KPIs of their operation in charge.
Responsibilities
Assist internal and/or external audits of trade compliance.
Analyze and update Appendix 24 according to the ERP system (BOMs, production orders, new part numbers, etc.).
Audit data integrity of Trade Compliance Processes Inventory Reconciliation between Appendix24 and ERP (SAP), including cycle counts, receiving discrepancies, inventory adjustments, company losses, perpetual inventories...
