Job Description
We are seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to support the execution of key Hardware commercial initiatives across global markets, based in Montreal. This role sits within the broader Go-To-Market Operations function and focuses on bringing structure, consistency, and visibility to new and evolving hardware programs.
Responsibilities
Supporting process build & documentation
- Assisting in developing operational documentation, including process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs), for new hardware-related GTM initiatives
- Translating business requirements into clear, executable workflows
- Identifying gaps, edge cases, or dependencies in early-stage processes
Owning manual process execution
- Executing recurring operational tasks tied to hardware initiatives (e.g., data identification, eligibility reviews, tracking actions, billing triggers)
