Guest Experience Lead, Park Operations

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. You will manage resources effectively and maintain high standards of guest service while motivating part-time staff. Additional duties include resolving guest feedback and conducting wildlife education campaigns.

The right candidate should have at least one year of experience in hospitality or tourism, possess excellent communication skills, and be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
