Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill guest needs
- Manage check-in/check-out or visitor registration (if applicable)
- Provide information about services, facilities, and policies
- Monitor guest feedback and report issues when necessary
- Maintain a professional and presentable front office area
